- 1 / 5By Katherine HirstCashier sadly instead of greeting the response I got was are you ready to order. Where did Hello or Welcome go ?!? I placed a simple order kids cheese quesadilla to go I waited over 30 minutes. I asked them several times if my food was ready my kids were starving. When the lady gave me my food I said thank you instead of thank you she rolled her eyes and said uhhuh. Seriously at least my order was right. I have been to several Tijuana Flats and this the absolute worst. I will make sure to never come back here when I am in Mount Dora. I will be calling corporate on Monday. They need new employees and retrained.January 09, 2017
